What’s ARK?

ARK is a short-term loan in between paychecks to help meet your immediate cash needs. If you agree to ongoing financial counseling (conveniently located on base in the USO building) or if you already receive counseling, we’ll make a loan of up to $500 or 80% of your net pay. You’ll only pay a $6 flat fee, no credit report, BUT you must agree to counseling.
